WHY: To provide forecasts for the current location and check for alerts

Location Searches

WHEN: When you search for a location while adding a location

WHERE IS IT SENT: Nominatim API

WHY: To provide search results for a location and to convert a location into geocoordinates

Saved Weather Locations

WHEN: Periodically in the background and when app is open

WHERE IS IT SENT: National Weather Service API

WHY: To provide forecasts for added locations and check for alerts
